Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

Paw & Perch currently ships within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Rates

• Orders under $75: $6.95 standard tracked shipping.
• Orders $75 and over: Free standard tracked shipping.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days.

Delivery estimates may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier and holidays.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

You can also track your shipment through our Track Your Order page using your order details or tracking number.

5. Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages when products are shipped by different trusted partners.

You'll receive tracking information for each shipment, with no additional shipping charges for split deliveries.

6. Delays & Delivery Questions

If your tracking hasn't updated, your shipment appears unusually delayed, or your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days, please contact us at contact@pawandperch.com with your order number so we can investigate.
