We select products based on available manufacturer and supplier information, materials, intended use, construction, and other relevant product details. Where specific testing, certifications, or safety standards are documented, we aim to represent them accurately.

Unless specifically stated, products sold by Paw & Perch should not be understood as veterinarian-tested, endorsed, or approved.

Paw & Perch currently ships within the United States only.

Standard tracked shipping is $6.95 on orders under $75, and shipping is free on orders $75+.

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Some orders may arrive in more than one package. If that happens, you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment, and you will not be charged additional shipping because your order was split.

At this time, we do not offer local delivery or same-day shipping. Orders are shipped using our standard U.S. delivery service.

We offer a 30-day return window, beginning on the date your order is delivered.

Eligible items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Certain products, including food and treats, supplements, and opened hygiene or grooming products, are not eligible for return.

Eligible returns include free return shipping, with no restocking fees.

To request a return, visit our Return Center within 30 days after delivery. Follow the instructions to submit your request, and we'll provide the next steps once your return is approved.

Please do not send items back without prior return authorization.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Yes. If you'd like to return several eligible items from the same order, please include them all in one return request through our Return Center.

Only one online return request may be submitted per order.

If you've already submitted a request and need help with another item from that order, please contact us. We'll review your circumstances and help with the next steps.

Paw & Perch is an online-only shop. This allows us to focus on curating thoughtful products for pets and their people and making them available across the United States.

Eco Essentials is our manually curated collection of products selected for documented environmental, animal-welfare or other ethical qualities, such as meaningful recycled or renewable materials, reusable or reduced-waste design, responsible sourcing, or other supported attributes.

Being included does not mean a product is environmentally perfect. We aim to be specific about what earned each product its place in the collection.
